The scope of activities of ROSIN is following:
- Obtaining Planing Permission on behalf of investors
- Preparation of conceptual designs and feasibility studies
- Organisation of pre-project and project documentation
- All types survey work
- Examination of the pre-project and project documentation,
and obtaining Approval and Registration with the necessary Authorities.
- Tenders preparation.
- Preparation of cost calculations.
- Approval of contracts for civil works and equipment erection.
- Registration of Permission for civil work execution.
- Supervision on delivery of building materials and equipment.
- Co-ordination of work between subcontractors.
- Supervision on quality and quantity of civil work.
- Quality control on equipment erection.
- Organisation of pre-project & remedial works.
- Organisation of Customer Acceptance procedures
- Preparation of documentation and acceptance by the "State
Commission".
